TPM Module: This device corresponds to the TPM module which does not have a driver.

Windows Compatibility: This package installs the ACPI Driver supporting the Windows Operating system.

Kabylake Platform: Intel advises that only Skylake processor can support Windows 7.

Windows 7 32-bit: Unfortunately, there is no W7 32 bit driver for that device.

Windows 7 64-bit: If you switch to W7 64 bit there is you install this hotfix. It is only good for W7 64 bit.

Clearing TPM: To clear your TPM follow these steps:

1. Go to Start Settings Update Security Windows Security Device security
2. Under Security processor, select Security processor details.

Installation Instructions (for Windows 7 64-bit)

Before you begin: Ensure that you have access to another computer with internet access to download the hotfix.

Step 1: Download and extract the provided Microsoft hotfix.

Step 2: Copy the extracted files to a USB drive.

Step 3: Connect the USB drive to the target computer.

Step 4: Run the hotfix from the USB drive to install the ACPI driver.
