Alana de la Garza is an American actress known for her roles in Law & Order and FBI. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on June 18, 1976, and relocated to Texas later in life. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater.

De la Garza's breakthrough role came in 2002, when she joined Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Assistant District Attorney Connie Rubirosa. She remained on the show for seven seasons, leaving in 2009.

Recent Projects and Awards

After leaving Law & Order, de la Garza went on to star in the CW drama The Following. In 2018, she joined the cast of FBI as Special Agent Isobel Castille.

De la Garza has received several nominations for her acting work, including an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Personal Life and Philanthropy

De la Garza is married to Michael Roberts, a writer and producer. The couple has two children.
