Craig Bellamy Appointed Wales Manager

Former Manchester City, Liverpool and Newcastle Forward Takes Over

Bellamy replaces Rob Page, who left his post after the World Cup

Craig Bellamy has been appointed as the new head coach of the Wales national team. The former Manchester City, Liverpool and Newcastle United forward has signed a deal until 2028 and will replace Rob Page, who left his post after the World Cup.

Bellamy, who made 78 appearances for Wales, has been working as a pundit since retiring from playing in 2014. He has also had coaching roles with Cardiff City and Anderlecht.

His appointment has been met with mixed reactions. Some fans are excited to see him take charge, while others are concerned about his lack of experience.

Bellamy's first match in charge will be a friendly against Scotland on March 25.
